Duncan is one of our easier runs — nearly the whole haul is interstate, down I-85 from our lot on the northeast side of Spartanburg, figure about 30 minutes. The moving permit is issued by Spartanburg County, where the home sits before it rolls, and since Duncan is in the same county, your building and setup permitting stays with Spartanburg County too. Wider homes come down the interstate in halves with escort cars — that whole dance is ours to manage. Newer subdivisions off 290 can carry covenants that restrict manufactured homes, so run that down before you commit — we'll help you check.
